How to sign up to reserve a "seat" and other important information about your participation in the Teleconference:

A. After reading these instructions, complete and submit your name and email address using the form provided below to reserve your "seat" in the teleconference. You should receive confirmation by email or, if we have reached the 100 "seat" limitation for the teleconference, you will be so informed. Please send an email to us at cyberweek@drworkshop.org if you don't receive your confirmation within the hour.

B. You also need to register and enroll, which will not take more than a few minutes of your time, via the front page of the DRworkshop.org web site. That will enable us to send email notifications to you about the teleconference and issue a username and password for your access to the materials and other resources at Drworkshop.org which are part of the teleconference program.

C. The resources at DRworkshop.org include a set of Power Point slides for viewing on your computer during the teleconference. There is also an outline keyed to the slides that you should download and print out to keep on track as the presentation moves from one slide to the next. D. If you need help obtaining your username and password at DRworkshop.org for access to the slides and other resources for the teleconference, please email us at cyberweek@drworkshop.org. Please submit your name and address to receive a confirmation of your "seat" for the telecast.
